Cape Town Property Group provides trustee services and Executive Managing Agent (EMA) services to sectional title clients (per PMR 28 of the STSM 2011).

My Home in Cape Town is a not-for-profit trust established by the directors of Cape Town Property Group to provide financial assistance for the transfer of property. The aim of the trust is to alleviate the financial burden of transfer costs placed on first-time home buyers from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
